Subscribe at `/network/status/subscribe` to receive email notifications when an incident is opened or resolved.

Check this page before logging a fault: if there is an open incident affecting your area or your Fibre Network Operator, the fault is already known and a ticket adds nothing. If status is clear and your line is down, the problem is specific to your connection — run the diagnostics under `/support-robotics` and log a ticket with the report attached.
