### 15% off your first three months, including Vumatel

Our blanket Black Friday special gives qualifying new customers **15% off their first three months of fibre**. This includes qualifying [Vumatel packages with UrbanX](https://urbanx.co.za/providers/vumatel).

It is a chance to bring down the initial cost of getting connected while choosing a package that suits your gaming, streaming and everyday internet use.

### 20% off for the first 50 successful signups

The first 50 qualifying signups that follow through to **successful service activation** receive **20% off their first three months**.

This offer carries a **12-month commitment** and applies exclusively to the Octotel 1000/200 Mbps package. After those 12 months, pricing reverts to the normal **R1,349.00 per month**. The signup window is November only, even though your discounted period runs for 12 months from activation.

### Double referral rewards: earn R300 per successful referral

Already connected with UrbanX? During the November–December campaign, the person making a qualifying referral receives **R300 in account credit per successful referral**, instead of the usual R150.

The new customer you refer can enjoy whichever fibre promotion they qualify for when signing up during November or December.

### Two GTA 6 giveaways: one for new customers, one for existing customers

There are **two GTA 6 giveaways** in this campaign, giving both new signups and existing UrbanX customers a way to enter.

- **New customers:** sign up with UrbanX during November or December 2026 to enter the new-customer giveaway.
- **Existing customers:** make a successful referral to enter the existing-customer giveaway. A referral is successful when the referred customer’s service activates.

**Winners will be announced on 31 January 2027.**

### Promotion terms at a glance

- The November–December offers apply to qualifying signups during November and December 2026. The 25% Octotel offer is available for November signups only.
- Offers depend on fibre coverage, the selected network and package, and successful order processing. Confirm the offer applicable to your service before accepting your order.
