How the Black Friday Special Works

For Existing Customers

Join UrbanX Fibre between 1 November and 31 December 2025 and enjoy 50% off your first three months. After the promotional period, your service automatically reverts to standard pricing.

Every new activation within this period is automatically entered into the Black Friday promotion.

For New Sign-Ups

New UrbanX customers who sign up and activate during the promotional window will automatically be entered into the promotion and enjoy the same discounted rate for their first three months.

Double Referral Rewards Explained

Our standard referral reward is R150 in credit per successful referral, but during Black Friday, we’re doubling it to R300 per successful referral.

A “successful referral” means your referred friend must sign up and activate their UrbanX Fibre between 1 November and 31 December 2025.

Rewards are applied as UrbanX account credit once the referred service goes live.
