Once your order is validated and Linklayer has coverage in your area, the installation typically takes **5–10 working days**, depending on demand and availability.

**What is an FNO, and what do they do?**

A **Fibre Network Operator (FNO)** like Linklayer is responsible for building and maintaining the physical fibre infrastructure. UrbanX provides the internet service over this network.

**Who installs the fibre line?**

Linklayer handles the fibre installation to your home. UrbanX, as the Linklayer service provider, will then activate your service once the line is live.

**Do I need a specific router?**

We supply **WiFi 6-ready routers** with supported Linklayer packages to ensure the best performance. You can also use your own compatible router if preferred.

**What if I relocate?**
