Download Network Analysis Tool(Windows Only)Follow these simple steps to run the Network Analysis Tool and generate your diagnostic report.
After downloading the Network Analysis.zip file, right-click on the downloaded file and select "Extract All..." from the context menu.


Follow the extract instructions to your chosen path. The default location is usually your Downloads\Network Analysis folder.
Open the extracted folder and locate the Network Analysis.exe file. Double-click it to launch the application.

Windows may show a security warning. Click "Run anyway" or "More info → Run anyway" to proceed.
Once the application opens, click the "Start Test" button and let it run its comprehensive network diagnostics.

The test takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. The progress bar will show you real-time status as it tests various network components.
Upon completion, the application will create a log file on your Desktop and display a summary of the results.


The HTML report will be saved as UrbanXConnect-Results.html on your Desktop. The summary shows color-coded results for Ping, DNS, Bandwidth, and MTU tests.
Locate the HTML report file on your Desktop and attach it to your support ticket or email it to our support team for further analysis.
