## Before logging a fault

A support ticket resolves faster with diagnostics attached. Run the UrbanX Network Analysis Tool (see `/support-robotics`) and attach the generated report, or note the ONT light states — power, PON and LOS — since those distinguish a line fault from an ISP-side problem.
